Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping, Processing & Sales Policy

ALL GARMENTS ARE CUSTOM MADE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Processing Time

Standard processing time is 14–21 business days (excluding weekends). Orders will not ship until processing is complete. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Prom Gowns:
Prom gowns require up to 7 weeks for processing, plus 5–7 business days for shipping. NO RUSH ORDERS.


Authorization Requirement (Prom Gowns)

All prom gown purchases require written authorization. An authorization email confirming approval of the purchase must be received within 24 hours of placing the order.
Billing and shipping information must match exactly. Orders will be canceled without notice if authorization is not received or if information does not match.


Shipping

Shipping transit time is typically 2–4 business days but is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our possession.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking.


No Refunds / No Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom-made nature of our garments:

  • NO refunds

  • NO returns

  • NO exchanges

  • NO cancellations once production has started

This policy applies to all garments, including prom gowns, regardless of delivery date, event date, or shipping delays.


Size & Fit Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements and selecting the correct size.

  • We are not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect measurements or size selection.

  • Alterations, tailoring, or fit adjustments are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Fit dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or remake.

  • We strongly recommend having measurements taken by a professional tailor before placing an order.


Important Notices

  • Customers must order well in advance of their event. We are not responsible if an order does not arrive in time due to late ordering.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Chargebacks and payment disputes will be contested using order records, authorization emails, and this policy.
